Yarkovoy O. Pedagogical bases of development of administrative culture of the state workers in conditions of postgraduate education

The object of study - the professional training and retraining of the state workers in conditions of postgraduate education. The purpose is to research the content, forms and methods effective development of administrative culture of state workers in conditions of postgraduate education. The methods - a complex of experimental and experimental-empirical methods. The pedagogical bases and conditions of state workers administrative culture formation were the first to be defined in the dissertation. The structural and component model, complexity-qualification program of administrative culture development, monitoring investigation of pedagogical bases of its development were made. The criterion of total formation and levels of displaying of administrative culture were defined. The results of this research can be used in the system of retraining and postgraduate education of state workers.
