Object - cows with endometritis and mastitis diseases, newborn calves who have gastric and respiratory diseases. Purpose - groups of conventionally pathogenic bacteria which cause cows mastitis and endometritis and gastric and respiratory diseases of new-born calves. Methods: carrying out such investigation we used epizootic viruses and bacterial, mycological, serological, immune, hematological and statistic methods of research. Scientific novelty of oftained results: the data received on conventionally pathogenic bacteria spreading among cattle which have endometritis, mastitis, calves gastric and respiratory diseases on the farms of the Lugansk region. results Practical importance of the results obtained: it has been shown that worked out and tested polybacterin biopreparation, inactivated by heating under the conditions of prevention production is a complex of circulated conventionally pathogenic bacteria on particular farms and its influence on new-born calves preservation and cows endometritis andmastitis diseases was studies. Methodical recommendations are worked out "Diagnostics and organization of antiepizootic measures among animals pathologics caused by conventionally pathogenic microflora" (2001) which are approved by the Veterinary Medicine Department and "The Health Animal Protection on Small Farms" (2001) Theoretical states and practical recommendations and obtained when writing thesis and are introduced into the process of teaching at the faculties of Veterinary Medicine in Kh.SZVA and LNAU
