Drobotenko N. Reorganization and formation of state power institutions in Ukraine (1990 - 2000): Historical aspect

The research is devoted to the complex investigation of the reorganization and forming of the state power bodies in Ukraine in 1990-2000. The evolution of the Supreme Rada as a legislative body during redistribution of the executive power and final separation of the power branches has been investigated. Special attention is paid to the Presidential institution introduction. The of formation of President interrelations with the state power bodies. The essence of permanent reformation of the central executive power bodies has been investigated in the work. In particular, the main directions and forms of Cabinet of Ministers activity have been enlightened. The role of Constitution Court of Ukraine in regulating of relations among the state power bodies has been enlightened as well. The activity spheres and influence of the state power bodies on carrying out of social-economic policy and realization foreign policy of Ukraine has been revealed.
