Essay

In the thesis тhere was researched a process of pressure-flotation of a sewage degreasing in the margarine-mayonnaise production. It was stated the major rules of the pressure-flotation and studied the functional dependencies of maximal effectiveness and of a coefficient of process intensity from the process variables. It was proved a need to intensify the pressure-flotation degreasing by input an electrically generated coagulant. For the new construction of the electrocoagulator with a front anode there is proposed a mathematical interpretation of a dependence of the anode's metal output from the current density. There is developed a methodic of engineering calculations of the basic elements of a technological scheme of the pressure-flotation of sewage degreasing in the margarine-mayonnaise production.
