Bozhkova V. Organizational-economic basis for managing the ecological risks of innovations

The object of the investigation: the ecological risks management processes of innovation activity agents. The aim of the investigation: the development of theoretical, scientific and methodical basis of systems of organizational and economical management of ecological innovations risk. Methods of investigation and equipment: dialectical, system-structural, statistical, comparative, factorial, economical-mathematical methods. Theoretical and practical results and innovations: the category of "innovations' ecological risk" has been developed; it has been proposed the classification of innovations' ecological risks; it has been proposed the gradation of influence levels of risk factors; the methodical approach to the previous projects estimation has been elaborated; the basis of multi-factorial estimation of risk has been developed; approaches to the accounting of reason-consequences links of risks' subtype, accounting of their cost evaluation; it has been developed the organizational and methodical basisof risk management at the different levels. The stage of implementation: the methodical basis has been applied to the local ecological program development, in educational process. Range of application: economical agents, state, regional and local authorities.
