Sotnyk I. Ecological and economical basis for energy conservation management

The object of the investigation: the economical agents who are carrying out the extraction, processing, transportation and consumption of energy resources. The aim of the investigation: the development of scientific and methodical approaches to the ecological and economical estimation of energy conservation measures efficiency at the enterprise and territory levels and the formation of the adequate ecological and economical mechanisms of energy conservation management decision-making. Methods of investigation and equipment: system-structural, statistical, comparative, factorial, balance, accounting-analytical and economical-mathematical methods. Theoretical and practical results and innovations: the scientific and methodical approaches to the ecological and economical stimulation and to the energy conservation processes management at the enterprise and territory levels were developed; the recommendations for the development of the energy conservation management mechanism at the different management levels were developed. Subject and stage of implementation: the methodical basis has used by the development of the regional program of heat networks shifting, in educational process. Range of application: economical agents, state, regional and local authorities.
