Essay

The level of soybean response, its adaptivity to temperature, photoperiod, their combined influence, level of soybean response to different agroecological conditions of growing. Particular features of phenotypic expression of soybean samples to photoperiod, temperature and other environmental factors in condition of Forest-Steppe Zone of Ukraine. The research methods are field, measuring and weighing, mathematical and statistical. Under the combined action of photoperiod and temperature, and also under the agroecological conditions of two different geographical locations have been disclosed particular features of phenotypic expression of soybean samples for valuable characteristics. The modifying action of temperature on photoperiodic sensitiveness has been shown. The dependence of expressions of main development fazes in hybrid population on temperature and photoperiodical conditions, theirs combined action and on agroecological conditions of two different geographical locations has been drawn out. The influence of growing conditions and vegetation period duration in previous generation (F3) on stage of expressions of certain characteristics of soybean hybrids in F4 have been shown. The guideline for estimation of initial material for adaptivity has been refined, valuable insensitive or light sensitive forms to day length and temperature has been identified. They has been successfully checked in Bukovyns"kyi institute of AIP of UAAS and in Plant breeding and genetic institute of UAAS; Two Certificates for registration of plant genetic recourses samples of Ukraine have been granted. Identified samples have been introduced in breeding process. The field of application are plant breeding and agriculture.
