The object of research - the constitutional process in Ukraine in 1990-1996. Тhe aim of research - to make a complex research of the role of Supreme Counsil in the constitutional process of Ukraine in 1990-1996 on the base of new methodological approaches, published and for the first time included to the scientific circulation sources. Methods of research - methods: historical-genetics, of empiric analysis, problem-chronological, comparative-historical, dogmatic, of actualization; principles: of objectiveness, thoroughess. Theoretical results and novelty - this thesis is a first complex research in which in an overall-historical context the development of the constitutional process in Ukraine and Supreme Counsil"s place in it are investigated. Practical results and novelty - the results of this thesis may be used in a legistative activity, in arranging of interaction between different powers, in formation of the fonds on History of Ukrainian statebuilding process. The subject and the degree of inculcation - the activity and role of Supreme Council of Ukraine in a constitutional process in Ukraine in 1990-1996. The effectiveness of inculcation - in teaching the lecture courses on the Modern History of Ukraine, the History of state and law of Ukraine, Coustitutional law.. The sphere of use - facts, generalization and results of research may be used in preparing of generalized works, monographic researches and in teaching of lecture courses.
