Sorokina N. The newborn calves gastrointestinal tract disbacteriosis, methods of correction and prevention

The object of investigation was the newborn calves with the diarrhoea. The aim of investigation was the studying of the origin of newborn calves' digestive tract disbacteriosis, the elaboration of its prevention and correction methods. The used methods: epizootological, clinical, laboratory (vi-rological, bacteriological; haematological, immunologycal) and statistical. The scientific novelty: It has been stated the poliethyological character of the gastro-intestinal diseases of newborn calves. It has been determined the origin of dis-bacteriosis, developing on these diseases' background and characterised the dynamic of the qualitative and quantitative changes of microflora. The classification of the stages of the disbacteriosis in calves was developed first. The new gen-eration probiotic "Bactonorm" was developed and the basic bacteriological characteristics of the cultures, which were included in it, were studied first. It was developed and im-plemented the complex prevention and treatment methods ofgastro-intestinal diseases of the newborn calves with the using of "Bactonorm" probotic, glutasol and immunomodu-lator. It has been stated the possibility of the serological identification of the Enterobacteriaceae family representa-tives with the using of our hyperimmune serums.
