Skokov S. Ecological economic regulation of resource saving

The object of the investigation: the ecological-economical and social-economical relations, which economical agents enter into during the nature protection activity processing. The purpose of the investigation: the development of theoretical and methodical positions of resource saving processes' ecological-economical regulation at micro- and regional level. Methods of investigation and equipment: system, statistical, comparative analysis, scenarios and criterial approaches. Theoretical and practical results and innovations: the methodical basis of resource saving effects' economical estimation and the methodical approaches to the resource saving stimulation instruments' improving have been developed on the basis of ecological-economical externalies internalization; the new criterions of resource saving measures range, based on their ecological-economical expediency, have been proposed. The degree of implementation: the methodical basis has used by the development of resources saving programs in Kharkov, Pervouralsk, Sumy environmental protection program. The sphere of application: enterprises, organizations, state and regional authorities.
