Zozulya Y. The activiti of ukrainian militia in the conditions of formation the independent state (90-th XX centuri).

The Thesis is devoted to the problems of militia activity of Ukraine during the first ten years of its existense in the conditions of formation of independent ukrainian state. On the basis of thorough analysis of corresponding legislative and normativ acts, archives and published documents, periodical materials of investigating period have been observed the activety of state power organs and managements, the leadership of M.I.A. as to normativ and organizational ensuring of militia functioning in a new historical conditions. The structure of organs of militia and its transformation is being invastigated, which is stipulated by the political and social-economical changings in the state, the quantitative and qualitative structure of militia subdivisions after liquidation U.S.S.R. M.I.A. and organisating ukrainian M.I.A.. It has been invastigating the activity of militia on priority directions of the struggle with the most dangerous manifrstation of criminality- smooth-running crime, corruption, economiccriminality, the international one,unlegislative turn of drugs.
