The object of research - Ukrainian-Russian relations, which led to the submission of Soviet Ukraine to Soviet Rusna. Тhe aim of research - on the basis of overall analysis of the resources, archive materials, critical comprehension of published works to research the national and statehoid aspects of Ukrainian-Russian relations in the period of 1919-1922. Theoretical results and novelty - for the first time in the historic literature an attempt to make a complex research of national-statehood aspects of Ukrainian-Russian relations in 1919-1922 was done.
