Object: labour potential of the enterprises of wood-processing industry of the Lviv region. Subject: the socioeconomic and organizational factors of rational use of labour potential. Methods: statistical information, reporting of the enterprises; methods of economic-mathematical modeling, statistical methods. Results: the theoretical-methodological base of rational use of labour potential is justified, the influence of the socioeconomic and organizational factors on a level of use of labour potential is investigated. Use: development of the methodical recommendations to an estimation of size and level of use of labour potential.
