Essay

Object of a research is the process of information maintenance of marketing management in an industry of Ukraine. By the purpose of a research is the development of the scientifically reasonable methodical and practical recommendations concerning shaping the mechanism of management of information maintenance of marketing at the industrial enterprises. Methods of a research and equipment. The theoretical and methodological basis of a thesis was made with fundamental positions of economic sciences, work the classics of management, marketing, economic theory, development of the domestic and foreign scientists, the acts of Verhovna rada, President and government. For statement and the solutions of lifted problems were used materials of international and national scientific conferences and seminars. In work the methods of the statistical, economic, marketing and logic analysis, grouping and generalisation of data were used a system approach. The theoretical and practical outcomes are determined by the theoretical positions stated in a thesis, and outcomes of a research lead up to a level of the concrete practical offers and recommendations, concerning introduction of elements of the mechanism of management of a marketing information at the enterprise and improvement of information maintenance of industrial marketing. Novelty. For the first time is offered: the scientific approach to distribution of functional elements of a decision support system with allowance for specifies of the industrial enterprise, which provides shaping SPPR from functional subsystems; the concept of an evaluation of an economic efficiency of a control system of a marketing information, which provides an evaluation of parameters in three directions: efficiency of a marketing information, efficiency of movement both processing of information streams and efficiency of marketing measures; a technique of an evaluation of efficiency of a marketing information through use of the differentiated approach to an evaluation of value of a marketing information. Is advanced: the technique of an evaluation of a level of information maintenance of marketing at the industrial enterprise, which provides an evaluation of a system of the internal reporting of the enterprise both choice and evaluation of criterions of information maintenance of marketing. Has received further development.:structure both contents of process of planning and organisation of a control system of a marketing information at the industrial enterprise; a technique of creation of bank of marketing data at the industrial enterprise - fund of a marketing information as the list of headlines, as structured description of an information.
