Meleshko V. Intraschool administration of small primary schools with different structures

The thesis is dedicated to the intra-school administration of small primary schools with different structures that are functioning in the country region. The peculiarities of such educational institutions as well as the specifics of the administrator' s activities are revealed. The organisation of administration on the state and public posts is substantiated; the aggregate functions of an administrator and public authorities are defined. The administration organisation models are developed in accordance with the school structure that include two subsystems: administrator's and public authorities' activities; the administrative decision-making technology is developed. It is proved that the application of developed models contributes into improving effectiveness of the school administration, implementing decisions made and the administrative functions realisations, and assists in the optimum re-distribution of the working time of an administrator.
