Kaliberdenko V. The morpho-functional estimation of a sciatic nerre in conditions of alcohol drun- kennesses (experimental and sectionmorphological research).

.The dissertation is devoted to the study of morp- ho-functional changes of a sciatic nerve in acute and chronic alcoholic intoxication. On the basis of the morpho-functional analysis of a sciatic nerve of experimental animals and corpses of the persons ha- ving an authentic alcoholic catamnesis, the correlat- ed associations are determined and the comparisons of changes of a sciatic nerve in conditions of an acute and chronic poisoning of the ethanol. In con-ditions of an experimental acute drunkenness in a sciatic nerve the mainly convertible reactive chang-es prevailed. At a chronic drunkenness in experiment in character and dynamics of morphological trans -formations in a sciatic nerve 2 periods are revealed. In first (about 3 months), it was marked progress of bloodmicrocirculation frustrations and interthrunks edema, in a consequence that the mainly convertible reactive changes of axial cylinders of nervous fibers and their myelinic environments accrued. In the se- cond period (3-12 months) were marked increase of destructive changes of nervous fibers and formation cicatrix-transformation of changes of all trunk of a sciatic nerve. Thus, the steady correlation of the data obtained on an experimental and sectional material was observed.
