Zaporozhtseva G. Psychological analysis of district - militiaman's professional activity and determinative conditions of it's improvement

Об'єкт дослідження - is professional activity and personality of a district militiaman. Мета дослідження - working out of theoretical basis of psychological analysis of district militiamen service and practical scientifically based suggestions concerning creating and developing of professionally important qualities and traits of its employees, as a condition for improving of operational service activity. Методи дослідження та апаратура - the theoretical part of the researches has been provided by general scientific methods application, in process of empiric material collection the two groups of methods were used: methods of collection and methods of processing. Теоретичні результати і новизна - the opportunity of psychological knowledge application in the district militiamen activity has been newly examined on the level of thesis from the point of determination of structural and functional conditions and psychological factors of service activity which were used as a base for substantiation of its psychological characteristics and requests towards personality of a specialist. Практичні результати і новизна - of the results achieved consists of substantiation of professional activity requests towards personality of a specialist, their implementation into process of professional selection and recruiting; determination of system, structure and program for professional psychological training of district militiamen; preparing of suggestions concerning ways and methods for constructing of special purpose programs for service problems solving; of working out recommendations for creating and developing of professional mastership of district militiamen during process of education and in service training. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - on the basis of determined psychological factors, which predestinate and determine the efficacy of district militiamen professional activity, methodical recommendations for district militiamen professional psychological training were worked out and implemented into educational process and in service training. Ефективність впровадження - positive results concerning efficacy of the suggested methodical recommendations for district militiamen professional psychological training have been achieved. Сфера використання - is the educational process and in service training of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine employees.
