The dissertation is devoted the preconditions and process of realization of agrarian reform P.A.Stolupin in Ukraine in the beginning XX centuries. It contains difference conditions of an agriculture of Ukraine from common in the Russian empire. It is marked, that, despite of unsufficient financial support and not thought over of organization in realization of agrarian reform, most positive result it has reached just in Ukraine.
