Essay

To estimate the expression of mannosecontaining membranous structures of leukocytes there was modified unstraight lectinoperoxidase method of the given structures revealing. By the using of correlative analysis it was shown, that functional activity of lymphocytes and polymorphonuclear leukocytes connected with their mannosecontaining membranous structures expression. Principal mediator systems of the organism and regulatoric peptide complexes take part in the regulation of functional activity of the lymphocytes and polymorphonuclear leukocytes. In conditions of a change of functional state of leukocytes in experimental conditions organ peptide complexes and peptide fragments of hemoglobin regulate functional state of immune system cell.
