In the dissertation one of the least investigated in Social Philosophy problems - the category "life style" - has been analised in high socio-historical and cultural context. Тhe author investigates stylizing as a form of self-actualization of a personality in post-modern socio-cultural situation. Under conditions of social transformations when stable value orientations are lost, the most widely used forms of life stylizing, on the authov's opinion, are social mimicry, social mimetism, dramatization etc.
