Scientific research work describes the social and philosophical category of justice as a significant phenomenon of human life. The author analyzes functions and structure of J and its adjusting role in forming and development of social discursus. J is analized in its appearenses in various social spheres. Dichotomy "justice- unjustice" is capable to be reason of efforts and conflicts within SD.
