Tugaj A. Organizational Bases of Formation of a Level and Structure of Mechanization of Building Organizations.

The dissertation is devoted to a urgent problem creation of analytical and organizational bases for formation, updating and modernizations of park of building machines and mechanisms of building organizations. The statistical model of a rating of a level of use of the mechanized funds by building organizations is developed which takes into account internal and external the factors of influence. The technique, created on the basis of model, permits to define (determine) the factors, which put of prevailing influence on efficiency of use of available park of building machines in given a building body . For submission of structure of park of machines the technique is offered to the requirements of the market which carries out search of optimum structure of park of machines by solving of a multycriterias' task of optimisation.
