Object: triticale, soft wheat, triticale- wheat hybrids and their derivatives; Aim: to establish the regularities in genotypical variation of characters, form-developmental process at hybridization of hexaploid triticale and soft wheat; Мethods: distant hybridization, cytogenetical analysis of chromosomes at microsporogenesis of hybrids, the analysisof differentially C-stained chromosomes, electrophoresis of storage proteins, individual-family selection of plant phenotypes; the techniques for laboratory and field experiments; Novelty: there has been carried out distant hybridizationof specially selected forms of winter 6x-triticale with different genomic structure with soft wheat for the first time, phenotypical and cytogenetical peculiarities of the obtained hybrids have been studied in complex; the particular regularities of the form-developmental process have been established, there has been achieved the genomes' combination of parental forms along genomical transformation; Results: a series of wheat revertants' lines and D(R)-triticale has been created; a new triticale cultivar has been released; Stage of introduction: the initial breeding programs at the Plant Production Institute and it replenishes the genetical resources of soft wheat and triticale; area of application: agriculture.
