Essay

Culture of leptospires was objects of investigation. Methods of investigation: dark field microscopy, sero-logical, chromatography, sedimentation and immuno-chemical. Aim of investigation: enhancing of leptospires antigen quality for biopreparation manufacturing. Scien-tific novel lays on development of concentration of lepto-spiral antigen with polyethylenglycol, method of ultrafil-tration on hollow tubes, method of leptospiral antigen inactivation, scheme of agglutination leptospiral serum obtaining. Domain of results application is work of prac-tical laboratories of veterinary medicine, production of diagnostic and prophylactic tools.
