Essay

Cell culture, feeding mediums was objects of investiga-tion. Methods of investigation: cytological, chemical, and virological. Aim of investigation: producing of effective feeding medium for cell culture cultivation. Scientific novel lays in obtaining of blood proteins hydrolysis's from subproducts of serum manufacturing, investigation of technological scheme of serum obtaining and system of growth activity control methods, obtaining of PTP cell culture and argumentation of its using for virusology. Main area of result application is work of practical vi-rological laboratories of veterinary medicine, production of diagnostic and prophylactic tools.
