Essay

Object of researches: immunes system of 2-3-rd month calves by vaccine different of culture against anthrax. The purpose of researches: study of effect of anthrax antigen of specific and not specific resistance of two-months old calves and development of proposition of stronger straight against anthrax. Methods of researches: laboratorial, biochemical, radial immunnediffusion and photometry. The equipment: photoelectrocalorimeter. Theoretical results: the effect of influence of anthrax antigen on cells and humeral factories of immunity of calves in dependent from dose, art of injection, kind of vaccine at first were studied. Practical results: new experimental resultants give to recommendation by begin to vaccine calves against anthrax with two-month age. The vaccine is not harmful, doesn't cause the complications. Due to hematological researches it has been established the fact that vaccine of culture К-79Z and SB incentived the number of leukocytes, especially T- and B-lymphocytes and their subpopulations, it incentives fagocitarian reaction of neutrafiles, cell's immunity, lysozymial activity, raises the quality of common albuminoidal, the production Ig G and M.
