Essay

This work is devoted to research of the problem concerning to formation of managerial abilities business lyceum’s students. It has been proved and theoretically grounded the structure, content, pedagogical conditions and methods for formation of managerial abilities of business lyceum’s students and peculiarities of educational process in lyceum. The method of managerial abilities diagnostics has been developed. Pedagogical technology of formation of students managerial abilities built on principals of playing and practical training with project techniques use is presented and checked on practice.
