Essay

The objects of research: the associated infections in neonatal diarrhoea of calves (colibacteriosis, rota- and coronaviruses infections) and creation of means for specific prophylaxis these infections. Methods of research: epizootologic, bacteriologic, serologic, biochemical and statistical methods. The aim of research: creation of means for specific prophylaxis this infections. Apparatus: microscope, spectrophotometer, centrifuge, refrigerator. Theoretical results: There has been substantiated the necessity of development means of specific prophylaxis of associated infections in neonatal diarrhoea of calves. The practical results: The necessity of creation of means for specific prophylaxis these infections, which are founding on simultaneous immunization of pregnant cows against colibacteriosis, rota- and coronaviruses infections and construction of vaccines for active immunization newborn calves, has been substantiated. The scientific novelty: The possibility of momentary protection of amimalsagainst enterotoxogenic E.coli, which was attaining by blockade of specific receptors of enterocites by subcellular antigens of E.coli, has been established. The novelty of the work has been confirmed by three patents. The degree of inculcation: "Instruction on ahe method of complex immunization of pregnant cows by vaccine against colibacteriosis and vaccine "Rokogen" against rota- and coronaviruses infections "; the method of manufacture of vaccine "Rokokol" for oral immunization of newborn calves against colibacteriosis, rota- and coronaviruses infections, has been elaborated The novelty of the "Rokokol" has been confirmed by the patents. The branch of usage is biotechnology.
