In dissertation the importance of study the anthropogenic city relief transformation (ACRT) is based one's arguments on facts. The method of research of ACRT is elaborated. The diverse aspects of ACRT are determined by the example of Khmelnyts'kyi-city. The characteristics of city's relief are given. The coefficients of area, vertical and general ACRT of Khmelnyts'kyi are determined. The definition of the constructional-geomorphologic complexes is proposed. Relief stability, relief suitability for building are evaluated.
