The dissertation is devoted to the problem of national-cultural revival of the ethnic minorities in the territory of Central Ukraine in 90-th of the XX century. This process in the interaction of the ethnos internal potential with the purposeful state policy is reproduced in the research. The attention is concentrated on the such manifest of national-cultural revival, as of national-cultural unions creating and their activity, the main activity trends are clarified. In the scientific research it was compared their decelerated tasks and fact work. The interaction with the power organs and with the other of national-cultural unions was analysed.
