In a thesis the author investigates relations between the power and orthodox church in second half 40-th - 50-th years. In a thesis also is represented the organizational structure Volyno-Rovno eparchy and its history. In the work is covered the activity of the Volynsk spiritual seminary in a system of personnel maintenance Russian Orthodox Church. In a thesis is analysed the activity of the Council of Affairs of ROC, which was the mechanism for realization of the Soviet governing body antireligious plans
