Popov O. Management of the water-supply and water-sewerage industry investment projects of modernization.

Dissertation work is devoted to planning of water-supply and water-sewerage basic enterprise modernization multi-projects on the basis of working conditions researching. Work contains a plenty of theoretical and methodical regulations for determination of priority separate sub-projects. It's necessary for creation of multi-project model as whole. The methods foresee the preliminary quantitative estimation of benefit, that will be obtained due to the multi-projects of modernization. The work is developed theoretical principles of necessary credit costs value minimization, that is based at "SureTrak" -software of Primavera Systems, Inc. It was created recommendations for co-ordination of created multi-project schedule with obtained credits. The water-supply and water-sewerage industry enterprises modernization multi-project model was developed to practical needs of Ukraine.
