Essay

A new methodical approach to the improvement of pharmaceutical provision for stenocardia patients has been theoretically justified and experimentally proved. It is based on organization modelling of pharmaceutical care in the conditions of medical insurance. It has been determined by the results of pharmacoeconomics investigations of the pharmaceutical market development. The method is directed to the standartisation of the medical care and gives a possibility of increasing the efficiency and availability in the conditions of the limited financing. The pharmacoeconomical standards of therapy allow to plan the drug consumption at different levels of management, as well as to realise a strict control of their application. As a whole, the medications formular proposed is pharmacoeconomics, information and legal base for decision making in drug provision of stenocardia patients
