Kutia S. Features of the growth, structure and the formation of the bones of skeleton under influence of a barbiturates in the various age periods (anatomical-experimental research)

Object of research was a morphgenesis of bones of skeleton under influence on an organism of a barbiturates. The purpose of work - study in experiment of laws of a morphogenesis of bones under influence on an organism rats of a barbiturates and search of a method of correction of damaging action on a bone of a barbiturates. For this purpose used an osteometry, hystomorphometry, biochemical, biomechanical and statistical methods of research. Fixed, that on growth, the constitution and formation of bones white rats considerably influences the introduction of barbiturates in the organism of the rates. For the first time on an experimental stuff the basic laws of a morphogenesis of bones of an atomy under influence on an organism of a barbiturates in the various age terms are opened. The findings of investigation is introduced into educational process of faculties of anthropotomy of high SCHOOLS of Ukraine. Given of our work the pedonosologies, psychiatry,toxicology can be used in functional morphology ofosteal system.
