The object is process of evaluation and stimulation of activity of engineering and technical specialists of the industrial enterprises; the aims - to substantiate the of theoretico-methodological bases of work stimulation of engineering and technical specialists, development of practical recommendations concerning their realization at the industrial enterprises of Ukraine; the methods are statistical analysis, comparison, correlation analysis, synthesis, economic-mathematical modelling; the new approach lies in development of work estimation complex model of engineering and technical specialists, criterion of the economic-mathematical model of stimulation work of engineering and technical specialists; the results - the new premium is developed and approved, recommendations for evaluation and stimulation of engineering and technical specialists technique implementation are proposed.
