The thessis is devoted to the problem on the economical mechanism of the investment attraction into the nature-conservant activity under market economics conditions.The economical mechanism of the additional investments attraction into the nature-concervant activity is the object of the investigations. The original methodic of the profound evaluation of the economical result which can be ontained under the nature-conservant activities realisation and the correspondent projects and programmes as well have been elaborated on the ground of the differential and multistage economical analysis. The conditions of the additional ivestments attraction into the nature-conservant of Lebanon were determined on the ground of the complex and systematic treatment.
