Bojko O. Organizational economic bases of corporate management ecologization

The object of the investigation: organizational-economic relations in the sphere of ecological activity of a joint-stock company in connection to environmentally-safe development of enterprises, the rational use of natural resources and the environmental protection. The purpose of the investigation: development of theoretical and systematic approaches for the formation of the organizational-economic bases for ecologisation of corporate management. Methods of investigation and equipment: dialectical, abstract-logical, system-structural, statistical, comparative, economic and mathematical, factor.Theoretical and practical results and innovations: for the first time a definition of "ecologisation of corporate management" is suggested and its main point is discovered, the motivation factors of the ecologically oriented corporate management are rearranged and the condition for their complex evaluation is determined, the system of indices of the ecologisation of corporate management is considerably extended.The degree of implementation: the discovered theoretical-systematic approaches are used by JSC "SumyKhimprom" during the development of the project on creation of the modern facility for sulphuric acid production on the premises of the enterprise. The sphere of application: joint-stock enterprises, regional administration of the economic and ecological activity of enterprises.
