Essay

The complex analysis of primary disability of the asthma patients is carried out. Primary disability from asthma for the period 1993-2000 in Vinnitsa region has decreased: 13,1 on 100 000 adult population in 1993 year and 9,1 on 100000 adult population in 2000 year. The analysis of the factors of risk at 142 dysability patients and 109 ability patients (social, genetic, medical) has shown, that inadequate application system and inhaled glucocorticosteroids, (2-agonists, debut with pneumonia and high blood pressure are dangerous result to disability. For the first time is adapted questionnaire "Medical Outcomes Study Short Form-36" into Ukrainian.The parameters of quality of life were below at the dysability patients: role limitations due to emotional, physical functioning, role limitations due to physical.
