The dissertation is devoted to studying of actual theoretical and practical problems of organizational activity of the Military Public Prosecutor under supervision of the investigation actions of inspectors of the Military Office of Public Prosecutor and military bodies of inquiry in respect of requirements of the law, rights and freedoms of citizens in Armed Forces and other armed units of Ukraine. Is determined the place of Office of Public Prosecutor of Ukraine in system of bodies of the government and legal status of Military Office of Public Prosecutor. Is analyzed a system of rules of law which define the scope of powers of the Military Public Prosecutor at feasible supervision under investigation of crimes. Are considered some organizational problems of the inquiry process in Armed Forces and other military formations of Ukraine. It were investigated also some features of organizational and legal status of the Inspector of Military Office of Public Prosecutor, and made corresponding optimizationproposals. Is developed the technique of checking by the Military Public Prosecutor the performance of laws by bodies of inquiry and pre-court investigations. Are formulated proposals concerning further improvement of the current legislation with aim of optimization of supervision made by Military Office of Public Prosecutor under observance of laws at investigation of crimes, and also reorganization of Military Bodies of Inquiry with the purpose of improvement of their activity.
