The purpose of researches - study of immunobiological aspects of development and streaming puerperal is purulent-and-catarralis endometritis at the cows and its dynamics under treatments. Methods of researches and the equipment - clinical, hematological, cytochemical, immunological, microbialogic and biometric. The equipment: СFС, microscope BIOLAM, thermostat, whizzer, refrigeration cabinet, water bath, panels chemical reactive. Theoretical and practical results: series of specific changes of the immunological status of an organism of the cows are determined during a puerperal period and during development, streaming, dynamics of treatment, puerperal is purulent-and-catarralis endometritis, which were fixed in a basis of development of the complex circuits of treatment of this disease. Novelty of inculcation: for the first time is carried spent complex researches of series of immunobiological parameters of an organism of the cows at physiological streaming of a puerperal period and in chance of development, streaming and treatments puerperal is purulent-and-catarralis endometritis; is investigated antibioticresistance of a microflora from genitalias of the patients of the cows to the most wide-spread modern antibacterial preparations; the selection of medicinal preparations is carried spent on the basis of preventive immunobiological testings in vitro and the immunological interpreting of their clinical application is given. For treatment of the cows, patients puerperal is purulent-and-catarralis endometritis, the complex circuit is offered which includes intraaortal of an infusion 30 ml 1 % of Solution of Novocainum, 15 ml 5 % of Solution Enroflox, 25 IU Oxytocyn in a combination with 50 ml 10 % of an aqueous Solution of a preparation АSD-f-2.
