The patients with congenital ureteral anomalies (hydronephrosis, megaureter, vesicoureteral reflux). The research methods - clinical, laboratorical, microbiological, instrumental, physico-chemical, statistical. The dissertation is devoted to the problems of optimizing diagnosis and treatment of congenital ureteral anomalies in children. It is for the first time that dynamic surface tension (DST) indices have been studied in practically healthy children with congenital ureteral anomalies complicated by the development of secondary chronic obstructive pyelonephritis. The characteristic of lipid peroxidation and the antioxidant system, immunity, lipid metabolism, molecules of mean molecular mass, blood and urine DST indices on admission and in dynamics when using complex therapy which includes laser therapy, hyperbaric oxygenation, antioxidants and immunocorrectors is given. The efficacy of the proposed complex therapy of the given pathology in children is substantiated. The high effectiveness of such treatment process proves the necessity of its being adopted and widely used in medical education and practice.
