Kelbia V. 1. Future officers professional qualities formation in the investigation bodies of the Border Guard Troops of Ukraine.

Object of the research is professional training of future officers of BGTU operations and searching units. Aim of the research: theoretical grounding and experimental verification of pedagogical conditions of BGTU operations and searching officers' professional skills formation improvement. Methods and apparatus of the research: general science methods of theoretical level, methods of empirical research and mathematical statistics methods, psychological and pedagogical experiment. Novelty of the newly implemented: Pedagogical conditions of BGTU operations and searching units' officers' professional skills formation have been elaborated for the first time: use of context professional-oriented teaching technology, activation of cadets' learning process through implementation of methods and forms of active teaching, constant monitoring of cadets' professional skills formation levels. The essence and structure of BGTU operations and searching units' officers' professional skills have been specified. BGTU operations and searching units' officers' professional skills formation levels have been determined. Theoretical provisions concerning formation and pedagogical monitoring of future officers' professional skills have been further developed. Degree of implementation: the results are used at teaching and training process of the National Academy of BGTU at the lessons of “Basics of psychology”, “Basics of information analysis” “Operational documentation”, at practical lessons on operational training. Sphere (area) of implementation: The results of the research may be implemented in the system of educational process of higher military educational institutions, in practical activities aimed at development of operational knowledge and skills needed by officers of operations and searching units when solving the problems connected with searching operations.
