Essay

Investigation object - the instructors'-beginners pedagogical technique development in the higher military educational establishments. Investigation aim - to substantiate theoretically and verify scientifically the pedagogical ways and conditions of the instructors'-beginners pedagogical technique development in the higher military educational establishments. Investigation methods - theoretical analysis of psychological, pedagogical, methodical and linguistic scientific sources with the aim to clear out the essence and content of the instructors' pedagogical technique in the higher military educational establishments; questionnaring and observation methods to study up-to-date practice and peculiarities of the instructors'-beginners pedagogical technique development in the higher military educational establishments; pedagogical experiment for testing the pedagogical ways and conditions of the instructors'-beginners pedagogical technique development in the higher military educational establishments; statistic methods for processing the gained results and qualitative dependence between investigated phenomena. Theoretical and practical results - the pedagogical conditions which have been based on the complex program of the instructors'-beginners pedagogical technique development have been substantiated and experimentally checked for the first time; the essence and content of the instructors' pedagogical technique have been specified; criteria, indices and levels of the instructors'-beginners pedagogical technique development have been defined; scientific and practical recommendations as to the instructors'-beginners pedagogical technique development in the higher military educational establishments have been worked out. Introduction novelty - the pedagogical conditions which have been based on the complex program of the instructors'-beginners pedagogical technique development have been substantiated and experimentally checked for the first time: the priority assignment to the instructors'-beginners pedagogicaltechnique development within the whole instructors' training process; the instructors' encouragement for their pedagogical technique and ways of its development; the instructors'-beginners responsibility growth for the quality of their pedagogical activity; organization of the instructor's-beginners professional self-improvement. Introduction degree - the research results have been introduced into educational process of the National Border Guard Academy of Ukraine named after B. Khmelnytskyi, Military Engineer Institute of Podillya State Agrarian Technical Academy and Military Institute of Telecommunications and Informatization NTU "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute".
