Investigation object - the process of the leaders' quality formation of the future officers in the higher military educational establishments. Investigation aim - to work out, scientifically substantiate and experimentally test organizational and pedagogical conditions of the cadets in the higher military educational establishments. Investigation methods: theoretical methods - content-analysis, synthesis, comparison, modeling, summarizing; empirical methods - questionnairing, conversation, direct and indirect observation, method of expert evaluation, self-estimation, testing; pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results - personal profile of the leaders' quality formation of the officers has a hierarchical multilevel structure and consists of five blocks: professional, social and psychological, creative, personal, individual and typological. Determination of the development level of the leaders' quality formation of the future officers is possible takinginto account the following criteria: military and professional, social and psychological, creative, personal, individual and typological. Taking into account these criteria three leaders' qualities development levels have been defined: low, middle and high. Organizational and pedagogical conditions of the cadets' leaders' quality formation have been determined. Pedagogical technologies (which were worked out on the base of the substantiated conditions) utilization in the higher military educational establishments increases the level of the leaders' quality formation of the future officers. Introduction novelty -organizational and pedagogical conditions of the leaders' quality formation of the future officers have been substantiated and experimentally checked for the first time; criteria, indices and levels of the cadets' leaders' qualities formation have been determined; pedagogical technology of the leaders' quality formation of the future officers has been worked out. Introduction degree - the research results have been introduced into educational process of the Separate Faculty of the Interior Troops in the National Border Guard Academy of Ukraine named after B. Khmelnytskyi and Separate Faculty of the Interior Troops in Kyiv Institute of the Interior Troops of Ukraine. Utilization sphere (branch) - professional, combat and humanitarian training of the personnel in military units, military educational establishments, officers' further training.
