Military art and organizational fundamentalses of the Troops of the Easten Europe states, 7-13 ages. The object of scientific research includes an organizational basic of the state troops of the South Europe and the military skill in VІІ-ХІІІ senturies. The purpose means the necessity of studding, systematization and summarizing of an actual historical material of the military organization and the military skill of the Hozaris kaganat, the Volga's Bulgaria and the ancient Hungarian formations in the early middle-ages at the process of transition of their nations from the nomadic development stage to the setting. The methods of research are: comparative-historical, statistical, objective-chronological and other methods of military historical researches.
