Glivenko S. Improving of the system for forecasting the influence of ecological expenses on macroeconomic development

The object of the investigation: the mechanism of forecasting and planning the macroeconomic indicators talking into consideration the ecological costs. The purpose of the inves-ti-ga-ti-on: improving the system of planning and forecasting the macroeconomic development talking into account the ecological component for ensuring sustainable development of a state. Methods of investigation and equipment: systematic, statistical, comparative analysis; scenarios and criterial methods, stimulation. Theoretical and prac-ti-cal results and innovations: the methodological basis for evaluation of the impact of ecological costs upon the macroeconomic indicators of development, the methodic approaches upon the improving the technique of estimation the additional costs of protecting the atmosphere resources macro level are worked out. It proposed to use the indicator of adjusted burden upon the complex recipients for the purpose of comparing the costs of neighboring states. The methodological approaches to determining the ecological profitability of technologies at the basis of stimulating their marginal utility are proposed. The degree of implementation: the methodological statements are used during the working out the program of economic development of Sumy region and Sumy itself.
