Innovations: the economic essence of concepts "ecological management", "ecological management" is refined; have received further development the scientific - methodical approaches to a solution of organizational - economic and financial problems in the sphere of the use of natural resourses; scientific - methodical principles of creation of ecological trust, as mechanism of the coordination of interests of the subjects of ecological management are for the first time substantiated within the limits of specific territory. Results: ecological and economic mechanism of the coordination of interests of the subjects of ecological management of territory is improved. The sphere: environmental economics.
