The dissertation is devoted the philosophy analysis of information civilization and it's main property - virtual processes whole sphere of life. Actuality of research is determine by necessity of system analyze of these processes and their impact in the different spheres - economic, social, low, political, culture, spiritual, medical and psychological.Philosophy analysis is based on the different points: acsiology, ontology, gnoseology. There is problem of man in the virtual reality and his estrange in the work. Virtual reality is a regular impact of development of information civilization in the development country.
