Object of research: suprarenal glands of the newborn rats during the first month after birth. Aim of research is to detrmin the peculiarities of the suprarenal glands in newborns in normal and after intrafoetal antigen injection. Microscopic, morphometric, histochemical and statistical methods were used to settle this problem. It has been settled that suprarenal foetal cortex' involution and reticular zone development were hastened after intrafoetal influence of different antigens. The lymphocytes congestions are revealed in all the suprarenal morphological zones of all the experimental groups. The dynamics of lymphocytes' revelation in rats' suprarenal glands tallies with the reduction of the foetal cortex and wrecked adrenocorticocytes contents. We propose to use lectin of Pea (PSA) for the revelation of wrecked cells in suprarenal glands. Results were input in the curriculem of the Ukrainian High Schools. We propose to use our data in the work of scientific-research laboratories.
