The object of research - is socio-political processes in Ukraine at the end of ХІХ - 1920. Тhe aim of research - to conduct the comparative analyse of the process and the results of the Ukrainian states creation and the creation of other nations of region of Central-East Europe. Methods of research - methods: comparative, historical, logic, abstract, system-structural, genetic; principles: objectivity, historicism, multyfactority, allroundness, systematization, plurality Theoretical results and novelty - for the first time Ukrainian national liberation struggle is considered in a context of similar processes and phenomena in the countries of East Central Europe. Practical results and novelty - the main principles, results and generalizations, actual materials of the thesis may be used in preparing of special and generalized works on History of national movement of Ukrainian. The subject and the degree of inculcation - national movement of ukrainian in the end XIX - 1920. The effectiveness of inculcation - in writing text books and teaching aids on history of Ukraine. The sphere of use - may be completely useful in contemporary situation of Europeization of economic and cultural life in Ukraine.
